This includes general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cost accounting, financial reporting, and other finance functional areas. The role partners closely with finance leadership and end users to ensure ERP and connected financial applications effectively support day to day financial operations while enabling accurate, compliant, and efficient financial workflows. Serving as a key functional subject‑matter expert, The Business Systems Functional Analyst translates business needs into well‑defined functional requirements, configurations, and process improvements. The role works in close coordination with the Technical ERP Analyst and broader IT team to ensure system changes are accurate, tested, documented, and well adopted by the business.
