YOUR ROLE Ensure Launch Potato’s financial services compliance requirements are executed accurately and on time by reviewing content, maintaining documentation, tracking issues, and supporting audits across cross-functional teams. OUTCOMES - Compliance Review & Monitoring: Review content, advertisements, and site updates to ensure alignment with partner and regulatory requirements, flagging and escalating potential issues before publication. - Issue Tracking & Remediation: Maintain accurate compliance trackers, monitor remediation efforts, and ensure all compliance-driven updates are completed on schedule. - Documentation & SOP Accuracy: Keep compliance documentation, checklists, and SOPs organized, current, and audit-ready at all times. - Audit Support & Reporting: Prepare audit materials, gather supporting evidence, and document resolutions to ensure successful internal and partner audits. - Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams to clearly communicate compliance requirements and ensure updates are implemented accurately and on time. COMPETENCIES - Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintains precision when reviewing content, tracking issues, and managing documentation to prevent compliance gaps. - Process Discipline: Follows structured workflows and ensures requirements are implemented consistently and accurately. - Clear Communication: Communicates compliance requirements and escalations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. - Ownership Mindset: Takes responsibility for execution quality and proactively follows through on deadlines and remediation efforts. - Collaboration: Works effectively across Compliance Managers and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation of compliance updates. TOTAL COMPENSATION Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Job Details Revenue Cycle Integrity Analyst II - Coding and Compliance Job Description The Revenue Integrity Analyst II position is a Full Time Day Shift Remote position. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Works to improve the accuracy, integrity and quality of patient charges and to ensure minimal variation in charging practices. Responsible for collaborating with Revenue Cycle and clinical departments to ensure accurate and thorough high level analysis of governmental and commercial payer regulations related authorization, coding and billing guidelines. Maintains current knowledge regarding coding guidelines, changing/billing regulations and regulatory agency activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. - Primary clinical service-line liaison regarding payor guidelines, explaining regulatory requirements, and ensuring accountability and solid charge workflows for revenue integrity. - Serves as the subject matter expert for clinical departments on issues related to revenue cycle. - Identifies charge edit trends based on documentation, coding or charging issues and recommends workflow opportunities. - Completes focused charge review assessments for assigned clinical departments and/or service lines to ensure that charges are generated in accordance with established policies and timeframes.
