• You will help create new pipeline and strengthen existing momentum across our go-to-market efforts. • This is an active pipeline creation role, not one that relies solely on inbound or marketing-generated leads. • Identify and engage financial advisors and enterprise prospects that match our Ideal Customer Profile. • Lead thoughtful outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn. • Respond quickly to inbound interest and convert it into qualified meetings, while maintaining a strong focus on outbound prospecting. • Build rapport quickly with decision makers and industry professionals. • Qualify opportunities clearly and consistently. • Partner closely with Account Executives to support opportunity progression. • Maintain accurate pipeline activity in HubSpot. • Test messaging approaches and contribute ideas that improve how we prospect. • Support a collaborative team environment focused on shared outcomes. • This is a production role. You will be measured on meetings created, pipeline influenced, and contribution to revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working toward goals and delivering measurable outcomes
- Background in roles such as: Outbound SDR or BDR positions with activity or meeting targets
- Retail leadership or high-performing sales environments
- Call centre roles with conversion or performance metrics
- Customer-facing roles with ownership of results (not just service)
- Inbound qualification roles with consistent lead progression to opportunities
- Proven ability to create opportunities, manage conversations, and follow through on goals
- Comfortable initiating conversations with professionals and decision-makers
- Personable and confident communication style without being overly pushy
- Strong organizational skills and consistency in execution
- Curiosity about how clients (e.g., financial advisors) grow their businesses
- Resilience and persistence, especially when outreach requires multiple attempts
