Sales Development Representative / Lead Response Specialist

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone calls, email, and website inquiries • Conduct outbound follow-ups with warm and cold leads • Maintain consistent communication to keep prospects engaged • Assess and qualify leads based on: Budget, Company size, Location, Timeline • Identify high-quality opportunities and escalate to the sales team • Schedule calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team • Ensure all meetings are properly coordinated and confirmed • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product/service information • Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all outbound materials • Log all interactions, notes, and updates in the CRM system • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date lead records • Provide a professional, consistent, and positive experience for all prospects • Act as a reliable first point of contact for incoming inquiries

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and CRM systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Reliable, responsive, and process-driven
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Understanding of sales pipelines, lead stages, and conversion tracking
  • Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills
