• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA migration projects from on-premises to the cloud, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather migration requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions. • Design and configure optimal business functionalities in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with cloud migration objectives. • Translate user requirements into functional design specifications. • Provide production support by managing incident and problem management processes. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, coordinating with business and technical teams to implement resolutions in line with SAP best practices. • Ensure thorough testing of system changes related to cloud migration, including solution updates, maintenance, upgrades, configurations, and WRICEF development. • Work closely with business users to understand their requirements, conducting proof of concepts, and presenting viable solution options. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SFDC, Integration, BI, and non-SAP applications, to design efficient and secure data exchange integrations. • Create and maintain documentation, including requirement documents, functional design documents, configuration documents, source-to-target mapping, data models, process flow diagrams, test plans, and test scenarios. • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience of 2+ years leading SAP migration projects from on-premises to the cloud.
- Experience in any SAP S/4 HANA modules (PM, HCM, PP, PS, FI, CO, SD, IM etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in incident and problem management processes, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ability to prioritize and plan implementation of changes in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- English C1 is mandatory
- SAP certification is desirable but not necessary.

Role Description ECS is seeking a full-time Operations Analyst to work remotely. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is America’s largest integrated health care system, providing care at 1,293 health care facilities, including 171 medical centers and 1,112 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity, serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year. The Operations Analyst will help design and implement a lean, responsive, and rapid decision-making model supporting Office of Health Informatics (OHI) EHRM within the current VHA governance structure. This individual will also provide solutioning and decision-making support, research and analysis, program management, and communications support for the EHRM Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert (SME) Teams.
