Job Description

Customer Success Manager

Sunhat

• Implementation & High-Touch Onboarding: You guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure Sunhat is implemented correctly — both technically and functionally — within their organization. • Strategic Advisory: You are the primary point of contact for sustainability teams. You not only explain the software but also help them map complex frameworks (MSCI, ISS, ISO) efficiently within Sunhat. • Adoption & Value Creation: You analyze platform usage, identify adoption barriers, and proactively ensure our users achieve maximum business value (e.g., improved rating management). • Feedback Loop & Product Influence: You are the "Voice of the Customer." You translate regulatory requirements and customer feedback into concrete inputs for our product team. • Knowledge Leadership: You create best practices and guides that help our clients operationally manage their ESG transformation.

Job Requirements

  • ESG Specialist: You have a solid understanding of ESG rating systems (MSCI, ISS, Dow Jones Sustainability Index, or FTSE).
  • Compliance Expertise: You have experience with ISO standards (e.g., 14001, 9001) and understand the principles of management systems and audits.
  • SaaS Experience: You have worked in a customer-centric role (CSM, account management, or consulting) and know how to drive software adoption in large organizations.
  • Personality: You are outgoing, energetic, and enjoy proactively asking questions. You operate confidently at eye level with management and sustainability teams.
  • Analytical Techie: Excel and Google Sheets are your home base. You enjoy translating complex data structures into logical processes.
  • Languages: You communicate fluently in German and English. French is a strong plus to support our clients in France.
