• End-to-End Ownership: You take full responsibility for design projects — from defining the problem to shipped UI. • Customer Discovery: You plan and conduct user interviews and usability sessions to turn customer feedback into informed design decisions. • AI-First UX: You design a product that radically simplifies AI workflows while preserving user intuition and interface speed. • Design System & Craft: You evolve our patterns in Figma and think in scalable components, edge cases, and precise interactions. • Pragmatism: In our dynamic environment, you balance design quality with technical feasibility. You deliver solutions that work and provide timely value to users.
• Implementation & High-Touch Onboarding: You guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure Sunhat is implemented correctly — both technically and functionally — within their organization. • Strategic Advisory: You are the primary point of contact for sustainability teams. You not only explain the software but also help them map complex frameworks (MSCI, ISS, ISO) efficiently within Sunhat. • Adoption & Value Creation: You analyze platform usage, identify adoption barriers, and proactively ensure our users achieve maximum business value (e.g., improved rating management). • Feedback Loop & Product Influence: You are the "Voice of the Customer." You translate regulatory requirements and customer feedback into concrete inputs for our product team. • Knowledge Leadership: You create best practices and guides that help our clients operationally manage their ESG transformation.
• You will build the Customer Success organization professionally from the ground up and define clear structures, KPIs, and processes. • You will develop the long-term Customer Success strategy—from onboarding playbooks and identifying upsell opportunities to churn prevention. • You will build a high-performing team and promote a consultative culture. • You will act as a strategic interface between customers, product, and sales. • You will implement the necessary tools and dashboards to make customer health and success measurable.
• Drive generative and agentic AI initiatives from ideation through deployment, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into our platform. • Work on tasks using generative AI and natural language processing such as text generation with agentic RAG, semantic similarity, and classification, leveraging current AI models. • Collaborate closely with software engineers to integrate GenAI models and agentic workflows directly into our platform, focusing on efficiency, security, and large-scale performance. • Use modern LLMOps practices and TDD (Test-Driven Development) to ensure reliable, maintainable pipelines and to enable rapid iteration and deployment of models. • Work with product management, sustainability experts, and the engineering team to translate business requirements into powerful, AI-driven features that enhance our product’s capabilities and usability.
• Implementation & Onboarding: You guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure Sunhat is successfully implemented within their organization. • Customer Success & Support: As the main point of contact, you support our customers in using the platform, solve challenges together with them, and make sure they get the most out of the software. • Adoption & Value Creation: You monitor platform usage, identify areas for improvement, and proactively help our customers continuously increase their success with Sunhat. • Customer Relationship Management: You build strong relationships with teams on the customer side and ensure an overall positive customer experience. • Feedback Loop: You collect customer feedback, identify recurring obstacles, and work closely with our product team to continuously improve the platform. • Knowledge Sharing: You contribute to Help Center articles, guides and best practices so our customers can work with Sunhat even more efficiently.
