Senior Mobile Software Engineer
TRACTIAN
• Work with engineers and technical leaders across the company to deliver products built on solid foundations • Build high-quality, end-to-end product experiences for mobile platforms using Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform (iOS and Android native UI) • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes • Lead and develop the team to execute both short-term and long-term roadmaps • Make effective trade-offs that balance business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation • Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iteratively evolve and scale, while reducing complexity and improving the reliability of existing systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on mobile development
- Proven track record of designing, building, and launching successful mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and a keen eye for UI/UX
- Experience collaborating across engineering teams and other functions to build alignment, drive decisions, and communicate transparently
- Experience mentoring and supporting the development of engineers and peers
