• Implement ICU Medical IT solutions including planning, installation, and quality testing • Maintain quality standards used by ICU Medical such as HITRUST or ISO. • Work cooperatively with the client project teams with planning, implementing, and problem resolution • Creation or maintenance of implementation and support documentation as defined by the Service Design Plan for each activity • Participate in after-hours customer support, which includes an on-call rotation program, weekend maintenances, and other IT related activities. • Other duties and responsibilities reasonably related to the job/position as assigned

• As our Associate Implementation Specialist, you will own execution of the technical configuration for a defined set of new Ashby customers. During these implementations, you will partner closely with an Implementation Specialist to confirm customer requirements before leading the tailored configuration of native platform functionality. As initial configuration concludes, you will define and carry out a testing plan ahead of go-live. You will also document final configuration choices made to ensure visibility and allow for ongoing optimization post-launch. • You’ll work with increasing independence over time with support from more senior Implementation Specialists and cross-functional partners. This role is designed as a pathway into the more senior Implementation Specialist role over time.

• Support and assist the technical team in developing the solution, ensuring the final product adheres to the technical and functional specifications. • Provide support for carrying out adjustments, fixes, and minor improvements that the client considers do not require the technical team's involvement. • Provide support services throughout the project and prior to production. • Deliver services that require commitment, both as an individual and as a member of the team. • Demonstrate execution capability and knowledge relevant to the role. • Manage databases, basic applications, and possess knowledge of web technologies. • Have specific experience implementing solutions and system integrations.
