• Building deep product and competitive knowledge across our Cloud Communications, UCC/ UCaaS / CCaaS /CX, and ITSM portfolios while developing a qualified partner pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up. • Securing early meaningful wins by driving opportunities to closed‑won status and beginning to manage a predictable, growing book of business within your region. • Acting as a trusted, high‑performing sales partner to your channel ecosystem—supporting partner enablement, accelerating their revenue potential, and strengthening long‑term relationships. • Contributing to the broader sales organization by sharing best practices, maintaining strong activity and pipeline discipline. • Continuously improving your B2B sales fundamentals in preparation for future growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 1-1.5 years of experience prospecting through both outbound and inbound channels, with awareness of target customer profiles and common pain points.
  • A foundation in B2B sales, including familiarity with pipeline stages, qualification methods, and basic forecasting.
  • Comfort engaging prospects through phone, email, and video, with experience working toward activity or pipeline‑related KPIs.
  • An understanding of how businesses evaluate and purchase software, along with the ability to articulate SaaS value propositions and subscription models.

The Senior Key Channel Executive for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for owning and developing an account strategy in coordination with our distribution partners in the non-acute market. You will uphold current knowledge of the customers’ business, financial and technical needs as well as strategically position our products through tactical sales techniques to put Beckman Coulter in a position to win. This position is part of North America Commercial Operations and will be fully remote in field with 60% travel.
