The Position As an integral member of our Host Relations team, you will work on the supply side of the business, helping small businesses, farms, and non-profits on Harvest Hosts. This full time, remote role will be focused on supporting the recruitment of new Host locations, as well as driving the success of our existing Host network. Note: This role will focus on our B2B, or supply, side of the business, not the member facing side. You will play a pivotal role in this process by driving the efficiency and success of our HubSpot CRM system. Your contributions will be instrumental in optimizing our Host marketing, recruiting, and lifecycle efforts, ensuring that our Hubspot instance remains a cornerstone of our Host Relations operations. You will be tasked with overseeing various aspects of database management, including maintaining data accuracy, supporting segmentation creation for marketing and recruiting efforts, automating workflows and establishing processes, and developing reporting. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver targeted and personalized communication to our audience of amazing small businesses, which will support the ongoing growth of Harvest Hosts. Additionally, you will be a team player that collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement structural enhancements to our HubSpot instance, aligning with evolving business needs while maintaining compliance with data security standards. Comfortable with creating and maintaining custom objects, you implement new features with ease and launch strategic plans cross-departmentally. Key Responsibilities - HubSpot Database Management: - Take ownership of the HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and organization. - Implement advanced data segmentation strategies to facilitate highly targeted and personalized marketing and sales communication. - Lead initiatives in data hygiene, deduplication, and management of lead sources to maintain database integrity. - Database Structural Changes: - Act as the primary decision-maker and authority on all structural changes to the HubSpot instance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute database enhancements aligned with evolving business needs. - Ensure all structural changes adhere to data security and compliance standards. - Data Integration and Automation: - Establish and maintain seamless data integrations between HubSpot and other systems or platforms. - Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. - Monitor data integrations and automation processes, promptly resolving any issues that arise. - Utilize AI tools like Claude to assist in building, testing, and refining automation workflows and data processes. - Reporting and Analytics: - Create, maintain, and enhance regular reports and dashboards providing critical insights into database health and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. - Analyze data to generate actionable recommendations for optimizing recruiting and marketing initiatives, contributing to business growth. - Training and Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with teams to understand their data requirements and provide effective support in utilizing the database. - Be a thought partner on projects involving Host Marketing (i.e., B2B marketing), Host Recruiting (i.e., Account Executives), and Host Success (i.e., customer success) teams. - Lead training sessions for team members on HubSpot CRM usage and best practices in data management. Compensation & Benefits Harvest Hosts is a private equity-backed company. This position is a full-time and fully remote role. Compensation will be based on experience with a base salary of $75-85k, plus the ability to participate in the general bonus pool and employee equity plan.
