• Leads and is accountable for AI capability assessments, serving as the primary subject matter expert. • Defines and evolves feature roadmaps, including branching, integration, and deployment strategies. • Serves as the primary product owner, proactively anticipating enterprise needs and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on system strategy. • Ensures business requirements are successfully translated into scalable, sustainable solutions. • Builds strong partnerships to drive platform adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement. • Analyzes user needs and product and software requirements, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Work with clients to elicit business, technical, and non-functional requirements. • Work with clients and colleagues to provide and maintain detailed solution design proposals. • Define data requirements adapted to use cases and traffic patterns for all system destinations • Work with 3rd Parties to analyze and document their connectivity & API capabilities (in collaboration with the partner / integration team). • Analyze and contribute to the Product Roadmap and identify features that matter to our clients. • Work closely with internal development teams to define or refine Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance criteria. • Work closely with clients and colleagues to implement, monitor, and constantly improve solutions. • Work with technical providers during development and certification. • Work with the program management team to help to ensure that clients are getting maximum value from Hapi’s products and services. • Represent Hapi to our clients, which will include the above items as well as ad-hoc consulting, presentations, reporting, and meetings.

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to uncover technical and operational pain points related to global IT equipment deployment, asset lifecycle management, and cross-border workforce support. • Design and present tailored IT solution packages that may include device procurement/leasing models, HRIS integrations, global device lifecycle solutions, and SLA-backed managed services. • Act as the technical voice in client meetings - owning demos, RFP responses, IT security reviews, and product deep-dives. • Translate customer workflows and requirements into proposed configurations and processes within Deel’s IT platform. • Advise on implementation considerations across multiple geographies, including compliance, import/export logistics, and local market nuances. • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Enablement to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging. • Stay ahead of evolving trends in global workforce IT support.
