Job Description

GTM Operations Specialist

Truelogic Software

• Track and manage all active opportunities in the CRM to ensure clear next steps, defined owners, and updated statuses. • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to ensure fast response times and consistent communication. • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between clients and internal talent teams to maintain momentum in the hiring process. • Assist in building proposals and deal artifacts by gathering required inputs from various internal departments. • Maintain accurate CRM records and act as the gatekeeper for pipeline data integrity. • Support newly closed clients during their initial months to identify opportunities for additional roles or account expansion.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, SDR/BDR roles, or Recruiting Coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals or projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining CRM discipline (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  • Professional communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and internal teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset with an understanding of how pipeline velocity converts into revenue.
  • Ability to work as a full-time contractor and coordinate stakeholders across different time zones.
