• Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and manage responsive websites, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages. • Implement complex animations, high-end interactions, and scalable CMS structures. • Ensure all websites are optimized for high performance, accessibility, and SEO. • Test and debug websites across multiple devices and browsers to ensure seamless cross-platform compatibility. • Work closely with the CRO team to develop and integrate tests using 3rd party A/B testing platforms. • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients and team members • Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow trends and features to proactively improve our development processes and tooling. • Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 2+ years of deep specialization in Webflow.
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, specifically for extending Webflow’s native functionality and handling custom code embeds.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks and workflows outside of the Webflow environment.
  • Proven experience integrating and debugging 3rd party tracking technologies like Segment CDP, Facebook Ads API, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with implementing compliance technology like OneTrust or Transcend
  • High-level mastery of Figma and a "pixel-perfect" approach to translating designs into responsive web pages.
