The Role CCC is now hiring in Mesa, AZ for a Vehicle Inventory Rep with target compensation of $350 per month with the potential to earn more plus mileage and new hire incentives. Vehicle Inventory Reps travel to specific automobile dealerships to inventory their used vehicle fleet, by logging information about each vehicle, including the VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage. Additionally, this role completes audits of body shops within their specific area. This position is ideal for those seeking reliable supplemental income. Role Description Responsible for performing credit underwriting audits on new mortgage originations, as well as auditing loan origination and servicing functions to assess adherence to all applicable State and Federal regulations, investor requirements, and Johnson Bank Loan Policy criteria. Responsible for responding to investor audit requests and repurchase demands. Key Responsibilities - Performs pre-fund & post-close mortgage loan credit underwriting reviews for adherence to all applicable State and Federal regulations, investor requirements, and Johnson Bank Loan Policy criteria. - Analyzes financial information including calculation of income and debt ratios, verification of assets, collateral, and credit review. - Audits loan servicing functions including, collections, foreclosure, loan escrow administration, pay-off process performance, and investor accounting for compliance with State and Federal regulations, investor requirements, and JFG policies and processes. - Reports results of credit underwriting and compliance reviews, and quality accuracy levels to the appropriate management teams with the goal of assisting them to minimize credit risk, improve compliance with loan policies, and increase loan quality. - Responds to investor and mortgage insurer audit requests and repurchase demands, and coordinates responses and repurchase appeals. - Remains proficient and familiar with industry/investor/JFG requirements and standards from industry bulletins and via participation in industry/JFG training opportunities. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of mortgage underwriting, audit, origination, and/or servicing experience, combined with applicable training and education. - Must have thorough knowledge of pertinent state and federal laws and regulations; third party investor (i.e., Freddie Mac, JPMorgan) and mortgage insurer guidelines; CFPB rules; and servicing guidelines. - Must have knowledge of underwriting requirements for all types of loans including CRA, conforming secondary market, and all portfolio products including Jumbo. - Bachelor’s degree preferred - combination of education and equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. - Ability to consistently demonstrate high quality decision making, keen problem solving and analysis skills. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility with industry changes and job responsibilities. - Must demonstrate excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills to effectively interact with all levels across the organization as well as stakeholders outside the organization. - Computer proficiency and experience in loan origination and servicing platforms is preferred.
