You will be working on an enterprise-scale application with an Angular frontend, a .NET backend, and a Microsoft SQL Server database. While the technical architecture is relatively clean, the real complexity lies in navigating the intricate business rules that drive the application. • Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned Epic modules • Serve as the primary technical and functional escalation point for Epic-related development issues • Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes • Partner with Informatics, Clinical Leadership, and IT leadership to align Epic development with organizational strategy • Oversee Epic application build, configuration, and customization across assigned modules • Ensure Epic development adheres to best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements • Review and approve design specifications, build documentation, and change requests • Guide development and support of Epic integrations • Facilitate design sessions and workflow reviews with clinicians and business partners • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user adoption metrics

• Develop, perform unit tests, deploy and monitor delivered features (in addition to ensuring code quality and best programming practices); • Improve applications by identifying opportunities for enhancement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems; • Participate in product implementation decisions, demonstrating ownership; • Maintain, improve, and review existing code through code reviews and pair programming; • Foster good working relationships while seeking innovative solutions for our digital products; • Research, test, and propose the adoption of new technologies; • Keep documentation up to date; • Work collaboratively, communicating effectively and practicing feedback with peers and leaders.
