About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Inside Sales Agent with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation and sales conversion for a part-time remote role. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, qualifying leads, and maintaining a strong pipeline. Experience in service-based industries (janitorial, cleaning, or home services) is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities - Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients - Generate leads and set qualified appointments - Build and maintain relationships with potential customers - Track activities and follow-ups using CRM systems - Support the sales pipeline and contribute to business growth Requirements Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting - Experience with outbound calling / cold outreach - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment - Strong English skills (spoken and written) — must be comfortable handling calls and written communication with clients
