What You’ll Do - Provide education, coaching, and ongoing support to patients using CPAP therapy - Review daily patient activity in the Sanusom Portal (reporting only, no clinical interpretation) - Initiate outbound calls to patients and caregivers who need follow-up - Answer inbound patient and caregiver calls regarding care and therapy support - Encourage CPAP adherence through motivation, education, and accountability - Coordinate with DME providers and physician offices for non-clinical support needs - Document all patient interactions in electronic medical records and portals - Assist patients with scheduling or adjusting appointments as needed - Participate in team meetings and collaborate with peers - Remain available and online during scheduled work hours Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST What We’re Looking For - High School Diploma required.
