Associate Training and Quality Manager
Inizio Engage
• Identify training needs by assessing employee and program requirements. • Design and implement training programs using client- or Inizio-approved training materials. • Assess and revise existing training plans and content to align with client direction. • Ensure training programs are delivered within agreed timelines with our client Account Manager (CAM) and Director (CAD). • Collaborate with program CAM/CAD and Client to develop and approve new training materials when needed. • Monitor training effectiveness by tracking progress and outcomes, providing readouts to CAM/CAD. • Stay current with training trends and best practices. • Support employees in their career development by using internal approved resources. • Work with Inizio Learning and Development team for new employee orientation. • Develop and revise program-specific SOPs, Work Instructions, Policies, and Manuals. • Conduct ongoing call quality monitoring and scoring with CAM/CAD. • Provide constructive coaching feedback to improve the customer experience. • Ensure all program documentation is stored and maintained per Inizio direction to ensure audit readiness. • Collaborate with several Inizio departments to fulfill role responsibilities. • Represent the program and Inizio Engage in broader business activities as requested by leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred).
- Active RN or RT license required.
- 2+ years of field leadership or supervisory management experience.
- 2+ years of call center experience.
- Previous training experience required.
- Experience developing and proofing training materials, with educational design
- Respiratory disease background.
- Ability to travel for national meetings and client requests.

Summary of Position with General Responsibilities: As an Associate Territory Manager, you will utilize your clinical and business expertise to drive sales of the BDPI portfolio of products and provide patient education in targeted accounts. • Maintains primary ownership of cases during the underwriting process which requires engaging in frequent communication and coordination between insurance agents, insurance carriers, and internal resources. • Responsible for setting agents expectations appropriately and providing an exceptional service experience throughout the process. • Reviews new insurance applications for missing information, including but not limited to forms, signatures, key underwriting questions and data. • Reviews and analyzes underwriting requirements including Attending Physician Statements, exams, supplemental forms, etc. to determine if additional information or requirements need to be obtained to complete the underwriting process. • Conducts regular proactive case follow-ups via phone primarily and email secondarily, with insurance agents, vendors, internal resources, and carriers. • Organizes and prioritizes workload to ensure cases are processed, issued, and placed in a timely manner while maintaining frequent communication to manage customer expectations appropriately. • Utilizes agency management system to document all work activity and communication for all in-process cases. • Acts as a conduit for all issues associated with a case to include coordination with all internal departments. • May have responsibility for reviewing issued insurance policies for accuracy. • Follows-up with insurance agents to ensure requirements necessary to activate insurance coverage are received within specified timeframe. • Takes the initiative to review other than applied for offers on term cases to determine if alternatives exist.
