Business Development Associate
Fetch Pet Insurance
• Develop a deep understanding of breeder needs and position our insurance program offering effectively • Identify, research, and prospect strategic partners across the Breeder segment to generate new partnership opportunities • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (email, phone) to engage and qualify leads • Build, manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, tracking activity in CRM system • Schedule and support meetings that advance partnership opportunities and drive conversion • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, to meet with prospective partners and build client relationships • Partner with Account Manager and Operations Manager to support onboarding and ensure a seamless partner experience • Track and report on key performance metrics (pipeline growth, outreach effectiveness, conversion rates) • Contribute insights from the field to help refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timely follow-through • Proficiency in Google Suite, and CRM Experience is a plus • Continuously optimize outreach strategies in partnership with Business Development team
Job Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- 2-5 years of prior experience in business development, sales, partnership, or customer facing roles
- Ability to translate program benefits to the specific needs of strategic partners
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize as needed
- Experience in insurance, animal health, or pet-related industries
