Senior Administrative Support Representative
Vector Security
• Provide advanced administrative and operational support to leaders, teams, and departments • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and resolve scheduling conflicts • Prepare leaders for key meetings by organizing agendas, collecting materials, and summarizing relevant information • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and respond on behalf of leaders when appropriate • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports • Maintain and organize records, databases, and document systems with a high degree of accuracy • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing • Manage office workflows, supplies, and vendor relationships • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and recommend improvements • Handle confidential information with discretion, sensitivity, and professionalism
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting leaders or managing complex administrative functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree Preferred but not required
- Proficient in internal controls testing and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and present information to senior management
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Goal driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Great Plains preferred
