What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical positions, including engineering, cyber, IT, data, and systems roles. Act as a Paycom (ATS) SME in our ATS system to maintain accurate data, update workflows, maintain job description logs and process improvement. Support proposal or contingent hiring efforts as needed. Manage technical recruiting processes for Sabel and its affiliate companies. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and align hiring expectations. Source candidates through targeted methods, including direct outreach, talent platforms, professional networks, and industry events. Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, efficient process for candidates and hiring teams. Attend job fairs and company hiring events virtually and in person. Represent Sabel Systems' brand and values throughout the candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. What You Bring Required 4+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting in government contracting. Subject matter expertise working within the Paycom system and understanding its ATS workflows, reporting, offer letters and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs). Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to communicate effectively with subject-matter experts. Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Clearance Jobs. Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate interviews, schedules, and other tasks in a remote environment. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing a full-cycle recruitment process that delivers high-quality candidates and supports a positive, engaging experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
