Qualifications - MS or PhD in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain. - 5+ years of experience in data science or equivalent role. - Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc. - Expertise with A/B Testing, and statistical analysis in Python. - Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI). - The insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way. Skills & Abilities - Strong experience with healthcare analytics methods such as episode groupers and risk stratification. - Proficiency in SQL and analytical tools such as SAS, R, or Python. - Advanced experience with Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, or similar). - Strong understanding of medical claims, clinical, and quality data. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with guidance. - Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. - Clear written and verbal communication skills.
