Partner Success Manager
WEX
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, with accountability for partner-driven pipeline and revenue • Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement, increase adoption, and drive new business • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your partners • Develop relationships at both the executive and field level • Lead regular business reviews to align on goals, performance, and future opportunities • Plan and lead partner kickoff sessions, enablement activities, and in-market events • Equip partner teams with the tools, messaging, and training needed to succeed • Participate in field activities such as live demos, and partner events • Work closely with Sales, CX, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to deliver a seamless partner experience • Track and manage partner performance against key metrics and goals • Help identify and remove obstacles that may impact partner success • Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and expansion opportunities
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, account management, consultative sales, or a related field
- Proven ability to drive growth through partnerships or indirect sales channels
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Willingness to travel (~25–30%) for partner and field engagement
- Ability to lead contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or Field Service Management (FSM), preferred
- Background working with dealer networks, contractors, or channel sales models, preferred
- Experience with product integrations or platform partnerships, preferred

Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
