This role proactively engages dealers and customers by monitoring top quotes, understanding opportunity specifics, and moving qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline in close partnership with the sales team. The ISR owns territory revenue performance and focuses on recapturing sales from customers with declining purchasing activity while ensuring JELDWEN remains the customer’s preferred product. Through outbound calls, emails, and MS Teams meetings—as well as responsive handling of inbound inquiries—the role provides sales support, technical assistance, and training related to the company’s quoting system. By combining proactive selling with consistent follow up on open issues, the ISR drives strong customer engagement, increased adoption of quoting tools, and sustained revenue growth.
