Job Description
Head of Product
Ruby Labs
• Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter as your primary KPI, taking ownership of a product. • Shape the product vision and roadmap using user behavior data, market research, and competitive analysis, proactively identifying growth opportunities before they become obvious. • Design, prototype, and validate new features yourself using AI tools, then lead the team through implementation. • Own the metrics layer: build dashboards, run regular performance reviews, and deliver actionable reports that drive decisions across the team. • Conduct ongoing analysis of user sessions, cohorts, and behavioral patterns to detect friction, drop-offs, and monetization gaps early. • Lead and align cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features at speed, maintaining quality and velocity. • Foster a performance-driven team culture that embraces accountability and rapid iteration.

- Advanced understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction, and lifecycle optimization for recurring revenue models.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and component-based design systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and shipping high-impact features at speed.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
