Job Summary The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings. Our team is growing and has a number of openings for Ohio State Licensed Therapists who specialize in areas such as: * Substance Use Disorders outpatient and residential services * Community-based and School-Based services * Psychiatric services * Early Childhood * Juvenile Justice * General Therapy Essential Functions: - Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with client, family, and caregivers to provide them support as appropriate. - Interact with clients in a supportive manner, encouraging discussion and activities focused on recovery. - Monitor client symptoms as well as response to treatment; communicate changes with treatment team to ensure immediate and appropriate interventions. - Assist in crisis intervention as appropriate. - Serve as a liaison to coordinate, makes referrals, or arrange for appropriate community resources when needed, acts as an advocate for the client as needed. - Actively participate in treatment conferences and meetings for the clients. - Perform related administrative responsibilities; maintains client information, reports, records, and other documents; responds timely to emails and phone calls; attends and conducts in various trainings and meetings; communicates with other agencies, departments, and vendors regarding required paperwork, contract compliance and consults with other county agencies and/or supportive services as necessary. - Accurately and promptly, document and maintain the confidentiality of client and family interactions including, legal, financial, and clinical documentation within agency guidelines. - Maintain ongoing frequent contact with other assigned OhioGuidestone professionals or outside agency professionals assigned to case. - Maintain regular and reliable attendance. - Exhibit positivity, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required. - Promote a team-based work environment and present the agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts. - Will facilitate adolescent IOP groups for both court-ordered as well as external/ internal referral sources. Required Skills/Abilities: - Positive, caring attitude toward substance use disorder (SUD) clients and their families. - Knowledgeable about the disease of substance use disorder and community resources. - Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. - Proficient computer skills, including Electronic Health Records, Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. - Organizational skills, team player and attention to detail. - Ability to form relationships with diverse populations within diverse settings. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Associate with pediatric experience to provide psychiatric consultation and treatment support to pediatric primary care providers within a Collaborative Care Model. In this role, you will be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, offering psychiatric expertise through a digital health platform. Your contributions will ensure that children and families receive timely, effective, and evidence-based mental health support while helping primary care teams feel confident in managing behavioral health needs. At this time, we are especially seeking clinicians licensed in: CA, TX, TN, MD, FL Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with behavioral health care managers and PCPs to review patient caseloads, providing treatment recommendations for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other behavioral health conditions. - Conduct weekly or biweekly systematic caseload reviews to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans. - Provide indirect psychiatric consultation on diagnostic clarification, psychopharmacologic treatment options, and complex cases. - Ensure adherence to measurement-based care (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, other standardized tools). - Be available for scheduled, ad-hoc PCP consultation - Document consultations and recommendations clearly in the Triplemoon electronic health record (EHR) - Stay current with best practices and evolving guidelines in integrated behavioral health. Qualifications - Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with an active, unrestricted license in California, Texas, Maryland, Florida and/or Tennessee - Pediatric psychiatric experience required. - Experience with the Collaborative Care Model, integrated care, or telepsychiatry is a plus. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a consultative, team-based environment. - Commitment to population health and expanding access to evidence-based mental health care.
