Responsibilities: - Serve as an active member of the software development team in an Agile environment. - Participate in regular meetings/ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Demos, Retrospectives, Risk meetings, etc. - Utilize full-stack development expertise in .Net web applications using C#, Unit testing, NUnit testing techniques, and deployment actions using CI/CD pipelines. - Design, build and/or fix bugs in a web-based application that utilizes cloud native services and architecture. - Architect metadata driven solutions to support customer requirements. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of application . - Provide development support, as needed, for solutions deployed to production. - Implement long-term solutions and building blocks within the agile framework for improved reusability. - Interface with the stakeholders for project requirements. - Apply and promote good software engineering practices such as test automation, modularization, and simplification. - Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues on various problems and solutions. - Document software designs, which may include design diagrams, data flow diagrams, software module descriptions, etc. - Use Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tools to include Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and GIT. - Comfortable with Windows Operating systems and environments. • Take ownership of features from start to finish using agile methodologies, delivering with feature flags, tests and observability • Work with our product team to refine plans and identify issues and opportunities • Deliver features with security and performance in mind • Champion high-quality communications including technical proposals and specifications, testing reporting, release planning and more. • Mentoring colleagues to help them grow as engineers and actively supporting their development • Be happy working across the tech stack

• Address and solve complex support cases for EMEA clients • Partner with coworkers, partner and clients to deliver resilient solutions • Occasionally join customer calls to present recommendations • Mentor junior team members and contribute to upskilling initiatives • Explore automation and tooling to improve quality and prevent issues proactively

• Architect and lead the development of an AI-first coding platform. • Design systems where AI agents and developers collaborate in real time. • Build and implement agentic systems capable of: - Planning tasks - Writing code - Running tests - Deploying applications • Integrate LLMs (especially Claude) into production workflows. • Design tool-use (function calling) and agent orchestration layers. • Implement strategies for long-context management and multi-step reasoning loops. • Define architecture for scalable, distributed AI systems on AWS. • Evaluate when to leverage .NET or alternative ecosystems, ensuring the best tool for each challenge. • Work closely with engineering teams to bring architecture into production.
