Software Architect – AI, Agentic Systems

Ubiminds

• Architect and lead the development of an AI-first coding platform. • Design systems where AI agents and developers collaborate in real time. • Build and implement agentic systems capable of: - Planning tasks - Writing code - Running tests - Deploying applications • Integrate LLMs (especially Claude) into production workflows. • Design tool-use (function calling) and agent orchestration layers. • Implement strategies for long-context management and multi-step reasoning loops. • Define architecture for scalable, distributed AI systems on AWS. • Evaluate when to leverage .NET or alternative ecosystems, ensuring the best tool for each challenge. • Work closely with engineering teams to bring architecture into production.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Software Architect or Staff+ Engineer.
  • Proven experience building or designing AI/agentic systems.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • LLM integrations (especially Claude or similar models)
  • Function calling / tool-use patterns
  • Agent orchestration and reasoning loops
  • Prompt engineering and context management
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and complex cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong background in distributed systems and scalable platform design.
  • Experience working across different stacks (current foundation in .NET, but openness to other ecosystems).
  • Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions in fast-evolving environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
  • English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).
