Role Description Notre marque D2C fait 200k€+/mois en e-commerce sur le marché français. Nos vidéos tournent devant des millions de personnes chaque mois sur Meta et TikTok. On cherche un tueur du montage direct response pour devenir notre Monteur Vidéo en Chef : hooks, UGC, formats courts qui convertissent. OTE 3 000 à 5 000€/mois. Ton salaire est directement lié à la performance de tes vidéos. Plus elles scalent, plus tu gagnes. Pas de plafond. - Monter des vidéos publicitaires direct response (Meta, TikTok) qui convertissent : hooks, UGC, skits, formats courts - Itérer rapidement sur les créas qui performent : nouvelles accroches, nouveaux angles, nouveaux formats - Travailler en duo avec notre équipe marketing à 7 & 8 chiffres pour produire du contenu qui scale - Livrer vite et propre. On teste en continu, chaque jour compte - Proposer des idées de montage, pas juste exécuter.
