Outcomes (Performance Expectations) - Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker with aligned definitions and metrics within the first 60 days. - Identify and resolve at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the first 90 days. - Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the end of the second quarter. - Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations, averaging one per month. - Lead and document improvements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to enable scalable self-service by end of H1. TOTAL COMPENSATION Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework.
