Job Description
Personal Results Specialist (PRS)
The Tony Robbins Foundation
We are seeking elite Personal Results Specialists (PRS) — high-performance sales professionals who are driven by growth, resilience, economic upside, and a desire to create real impact in people's lives. Our PRS team operates on the frontlines of transformation, enrolling clients into Tony Robbins' most sought-after events including Unleash the Power Within (UPW), Date With Destiny (DWD), and Mastery University. If you are looking to expand your sales career while making a meaningful impact and earning high commissions (OTE $90K–$210K+), we want to hear from you. This is a remote role (U.S. only — citizenship or green card required). What This Role Actually Is This is not a typical closing role. It is a high-volume, high-performance sales environment where you are responsible for building and owning your book of business from the ground up. - 100% outbound sales — working a large, lead-rich database - High-volume calling — 80–100+ dials per day - Multi-touch sequencing — calls, texts, emails, follow-ups - Selling across multiple products, events, and price points - Balancing closing with account management and client experience You will start as a hunter — building your pipeline through outbound activity — and evolve into a farmer as you develop long-term client relationships. What Success Looks Like - Build a book of business through consistent outbound activity - Run deep, emotionally intelligent discovery conversations - Understand buyer psychology and create real leverage - Do not delay on objections — handle and move forward - Take clients on a journey — not transactional sales conversations - Stay resourceful in ambiguous situations and figure things out in real time - Maintain high activity and high-quality conversations simultaneously This is a role where effort, adaptability, and consistency directly translate into earnings and impact. The Reality of the Role - You will be expected to make hundreds of calls per week - There are thousands of leads — it is your responsibility to work them - Success is not just dialing — it requires structured follow-up and sequencing - You must be comfortable operating with ambiguity and complexity - You are managing multiple conversations, systems, and client journeys at once If you're looking for structure without ownership, this is not the role. If you're looking for autonomy, upside, and growth — this is where top performers thrive. What We’re Looking For - 4+ years of experience in high-volume, high-ticket, or high-conversion sales - Proven ability to perform in outbound environments (80–100+ calls/day) - Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) - High emotional intelligence and communication skills - Resilience — not phased by rejection or pressure - Competitive, growth-oriented mindset - Ability to connect with people from all backgrounds - Passion for personal development and helping others succeed We want individuals who think: “There’s nothing you can throw at me that I can’t figure out.” Compensation & Earnings - 3-month paid training ramp - Non-recoverable draw during training - 10–15% commission on cash collected - Bi-weekly commission payouts Typical first-year earnings: $90K–$120K. Top performers exceed $200K+ Perks & Benefits - Six-figure income potential - World-class sales training and coaching - Full health and wellness benefits - Company stock ownership program - Remote work flexibility - Access to Tony Robbins events and personal development Apply Now Join a high-performance, mission-driven team that is focused on growth, impact, and results. - Complete the application and survey - Complete the SparkHire video interview: https://hire.li/ecd4553 At Robbins Research International, we don’t sell products — we change lives. For over 40 years, Tony Robbins has helped millions of people transform their health, relationships, businesses, and lives. We are the pioneers and global leader in the personal development industry — and we are continuing to build a team of elite performers to carry that mission forward.
