Role Overview Sodexo has an exciting, impactful leadership opportunity available: Vice President, Digital Transformation Deployment & Adoption The Vice President, Digital Transformation Deployment & Adoption is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation across Sodexo’s Corporate Services, Energy & Resources, Government, and InReach segments in North America. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, data, and innovation—turning digital capabilities into measurable adoption, engagement, and business results. As Vice President, Digital Transformation Deployment & Adoption, you will define and lead the deployment and adoption of client-, consumer-, and employee-facing digital solutions at scale. You will partner closely with segment leadership, sales, marketing, technology, and global digital teams to deliver scalable, repeatable, and commercially viable digital experiences that improve retention, growth, and operational performance. This is a remote role with 15-25% travel with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours What You'll Do - Lead the deployment and adoption of digital solutions across multiple segments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable value creation - Own the digital deployment and adoption roadmap, including success metrics tied to user adoption, retention, revenue growth, and profitability - Partner with regional and global Technology, Data, Digital & Innovation (TDDI) leaders to align local execution with global strategy - Drive organization change management efforts, including training, communications, and field enablement, to accelerate time-to-value and sustain adoption - Identify, prioritize, and operationalize high-value digital and AI use cases across consumer, client, and employee journeys - Define and govern digital and AI roadmaps in partnership with data, technology, security, legal, and operational teams, with a strong focus on responsible and ethical AI practices - Influence and educate executive leadership on innovation trends, including AI and emerging technologies, that impact short- and long-term strategy - Contribute to sales pursuits by shaping digital narratives, participating in client presentations, and ensuring digital solutions are effectively positioned in bids and contracts What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
