Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of events experience, including at least 3 years in the crypto or Web3 space
  • Proven track record running demand gen events, hosted gatherings, and larger-scale productions end to end
  • Strong project management skills across multiple internal and external teams simultaneously
  • Commercial mindset: able to define clear event objectives, drive follow-up, and measure outcomes in terms of pipeline and relationships
  • Comfortable getting hands-on at every level, from building the run-of-show to carrying boxes on the day
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and no playbook exists
  • Strong ownership and autonomy; does not wait to be told what to do
  • Clear and crisp communication across time zones and with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Low ego; happy to contribute wherever the team needs, regardless of the task

ROLE SUMMARY: BeatBox Beverages is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and creative Trade Show & Event Marketing Manager to lead and assist in the planning and execution of industry trade shows, conferences and BeatBox-led experiential events. This role owns end-to-end event execution - from booth-based B2B conferences, brand activations, and proprietary events. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of logistics and creativity, bringing bold, immersive BeatBox experiences to life while ensuring flawless execution, strong brand representation, and measurable ROI. You'll report to the Director of Events and work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Field, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure events support business objectives, drive sales, strengthen relationships, and build long-term brand loyalty. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Event Strategy & Ownership - Own key events across trade shows, industry conferences, roadshows, summits, and proprietary brand events. - Lead full lifecycle event planning from concept through execution and post-event analysis. - Align event strategies with sales goals, marketing priorities, and overall business objectives. Trade Show & Industry Event Execution - Manage BeatBox's presence at key trade shows and B2B conferences. - Oversee booth design, layout, activations, and attendee engagement strategies. - Coordinate logistics including shipping, inventory, setup, teardown, and on-site management. - Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to drive lead generation, sampling strategies, and follow-up plans. BeatBox-Led Experiential Events - Work closely with the director on planning and executing BeatBox-hosted events and brand activations. - Curate immersive, on-brand experiences that reflect BeatBox culture and energy. - Ensure consistent brand storytelling and execution across all event types. Creative & Brand Experience Development - Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to develop event visuals, signage, merchandise, collateral, and environmental branding. - Design engaging experiences that feel uniquely BeatBox while maintaining brand consistency. - Elevate event environments from functional to memorable. Vendor & Budget Management - Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, production partners, venues, and service providers. - Oversee contracts, timelines, and deliverables. - Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective decisions while maintaining quality and impact. Performance Tracking & Reporting - Track and analyze event KPIs including attendance, product sales, leads generated, and engagement metrics. - Deliver post-event recaps with ROI analysis and recommendations for optimization. - Partner with Sales on pre-event outreach and post-event conversion strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Director of Events, VP of Trade Marketing, Sales, Field, Marketing, and Operations teams. - Ensure timely coordination of product shipments, materials, and internal communications. - Serve as on-site lead during event execution. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5-10 years of experience in event and/or trade show management - Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. - Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and contracts. - Creative eye for experiential marketing and brand storytelling. - Exceptional organization and attention to detail. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience tracking event performance metrics and ROI. - Willingness to travel frequently for event execution. - Knowledge of alcohol beverage industry regulations and compliance for events. - Experience executing both B2B trade shows and consumer-facing brand activations. - Passion for the BeatBox brand and creating bold, unforgettable experiences. - Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds during event setup and breakdown.
