Your mission As a Senior AI Project Manager at Lumibit, you take end-to-end ownership of complex AI and data-driven projects. Spanning both customer-facing solutions in the automotive and mobility industry and internal initiatives that push our own capabilities forward. From initial idea to go-live, you translate complex requirements into actionable plans, steer cross-functional teams, and ensure our AI solutions create real, measurable value. You bridge the worlds of project management, engineering, and business. You know enough about machine learning and cloud architecture to ask the right questions and enough about stakeholder management to get the right answers implemented. Very good German and English skills are required, as you'll work closely with our German customers as well as our international team. Your profile - 5+ years of experience managing software or data/AI projects (e.g. as a project manager, product owner, business-analyst or similar) - End-to-end ownership of AI and data projects, from scoping and planning to delivery and iteration - Strong understanding of AI concepts, data pipelines, and cloud-based architectures (APIs, AWS, databases) - Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development processes - Confident working with AI tools to accelerate project workflows and able to define responsible usage guidelines for the team - Experience translating complex customer needs into clear requirements and steering their implementation together with DEV team - Strong communication skills in both directions: with technical teams and with non-technical stakeholders - Very good German and English skills - Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality. Technical Product Operations Specialist (Project Coordinator IV) itD is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to drive data-informed product operations and support critical initiatives across large-scale platforms. This role will contribute to improving product quality, user safety, and operational efficiency by leveraging data analysis, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in technical product operations, data analysis, and program execution, with a proven track record of delivering scalable analytical solutions and driving cross-functional impact.
