• Lead the design and development of new platform capabilities across Redwoods technology ecosystem • Partner with the AI Product and Data Science teams to integrate predictive, generative, and agentic models directly into product workflows • Architect scalable, high-performance systems leveraging microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns to support AI-enabled decisioning and automation • Own full-stack development across .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred), ensuring maintainable, production-grade solutions • Guide technical design reviews, ensuring solutions align with Redwoods long-term architectural direction and platform modernization roadmap • Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability within Azure and containerized environments • Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability frameworks to support rapid, high-quality releases • Mentor engineers in advanced coding practices, architectural thinking, and AI integration techniques • Contribute to the definition of Redwoods AI platform architecture, shaping reusable service patterns, data orchestration flows, and model-serving frameworks • Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, developer tooling, and best practices, driving innovation and continuous improvement

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Vue on the frontend, and Java/Spring Cloud microservices on the backend • Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrating with internal services, third-party platforms, and AI model APIs • Take end-to-end ownership of features — from requirements gathering and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Deliver high-quality, polished UI with strong attention to user experience, accessibility, and visual consistency • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases — design schemas, write queries, and optimize for performance • Proactively identify and surface blockers, communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, and keep cross-timezone teams aligned (APAC/MENA) • Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of development processes • Stay current with emerging technologies in web development, AI, crypto, and blockchain to bring relevant innovations to the team

This role requires the ability to work as needed, but specifically mid-days during the week. Availability to work nights and weekends as needed is a plus. Responsibilities: - Deliver topical, engaging, and entertaining breaks that fit the 93.3 WFLS brand. - Saturday Afternoons from 3 PM to 7 PM and as needed for fill-in. - Approximately 4-10 hours a week. - Represent the station at events, remotes, and promotional appearances. - Collaborate with programming, promotions, and digital teams to create compelling on-air and social media content. - Operate studio and remote broadcast equipment with confidence and professionalism. • Own end-to-end technical delivery for customers — from discovery and scoping through production deployment, ongoing iteration, and expansion • Debug Prophet's AI agent in production customer environments: figure out why detections miss, why triage logic misfires, why an integration setting is wrong — and fix it • Build fixes through prompt engineering, behavior design, integration configuration, or safer fallbacks — whatever it takes to make the agent work • Decide which platform primitives to assemble for a given deployment, and when bespoke work is genuinely required. When it is, time-box it and recycle it into reusable configurations or product features • Spot patterns across deployments and drive root-cause recommendations into Product and Engineering • Build quick integration workarounds to unblock deployments when needed, with a clear handoff to the Integrations team for anything that needs to be productized or maintained long-term • Partner with Customer Success, GTM, and Engineering to remove blockers, align on scope and tradeoffs, and keep execution moving
