Job Description
Software Engineer – Mobile
INNERGY
• Design and ship new features end-to-end from idea to production in .NET MAUI (cross-platform iOS & Android) • Make architectural and technical decisions independently. You'll have the context and the mandate to do so • Take full responsibility for what your code does in production • Collaborate with product and design from scoping through release • Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, whatever works) as a genuine productivity multiplier, not as a talking point • Help the people around you get better
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience, ideally in a product company
- Strong C# and .NET fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with at least one mobile technology — we use .NET MAUI, and we'll invest in getting you there if you're close
- Someone who moves work forward without hand-holding
- A builder who takes pride in what ships, not just what's written
- English and Polish at C1 or above — our team operates in both languages daily
- The ability to share knowledge grounded in real experience, not theory
- Nice to have TypeScript / React (we're a web platform too, and occasionally the lines blur)
- ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, Docker
Benefits
- Real ownership over a product used by thousands of field workers every day
- Freedom to choose your tools and methods — we care about outcomes
- A team that's honest about problems and moves fast to fix them
- LuxMed medical care and Benefit MultiSport (UoP)
- Access to online courses and books — we expect you to keep growing
- Occasional travel to the US for industry events and client meetings
- Stable employment — B2B or employment contract, your choice
