Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field (Masters degree a plus).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in business process architecture, enterprise process design, or management consulting with a focus on process improvement.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional process transformation initiatives, particularly in complex or high-growth environments.
  • Experience in post-merger integration, operating model design, or enterprise change management strongly preferred.
  • Professional services or consulting background is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and optimization tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, etc.).
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments in a matrixed organization.
