• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für unsere Produktstrategie und wirst nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung handlungsfähig sein – mit echtem Einfluss auf Richtung und Wachstum des Unternehmens. • Du bist die Brücke zwischen Markt und Entwicklung: Du verstehst, was Kunden brauchen, kannst es in Produktanforderungen übersetzen und weißt, wie man daraus ein skalierbares Geschäft baut. • Produktstrategie: Du entwickelst die Roadmap unserer KI-Produkte auf Basis von Marktanalysen, Kundenfeedback und Technologietrends • Kundennähe: Du führst Gespräche mit Entscheidern in Energie, Health und Finance – und übersetzt deren Bedürfnisse in konkrete Features • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklerteam zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass das Richtige gebaut wird • Business Cases: Du bewertest neue Marktchancen und erstellst fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen • Wachstum: Du definierst relevante KPIs und steuerst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte
Job Requirements
- Mind. 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Business Development oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle – idealerweise im Software- oder SaaS-Umfeld
- Businessorientiertes Denken mit dem Wunsch, Produkte strategisch voranzubringen
- Technisches Grundverständnis – du musst nicht coden, aber du verstehst, wie Software entsteht und was KI kann und nicht kann
- Kommunikationsstärke – du kannst mit Entwicklern genauso überzeugend sprechen wie mit Geschäftsführern
- Eigeninitiative – du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, du erkennst sie
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau , gutes Englisch von Vorteil.
