• Own business and operational support for an assigned client portfolio. • Develop existing and new clients into long-term partnerships. • Manage commercial and operational issues to ensure smooth service delivery. • Support onboarding of newly signed clients. • Help clients adopt and use GR8 Tech products effectively. • Analyze client performance and product usage. • Prepare reports, statistics, and performance summaries. • Work with clients to optimize ROI across products. • Present product updates, upgrades, and new functionality. • Collect client feedback and share it with product and development teams. • Work with affiliates, customer service, payments, and development teams. • Upsell and cross-sell products or features and document them in CRM.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the iGaming industry as an B2B Account Manager or in a related role.
  • Advanced English and fluent Turkish.
  • Confident MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic experience with CRM and BI tools.
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize operational tasks.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and task management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Basic technical understanding of web services.
  • Experience in commercial discussions or entry-level negotiation.
  • Experience generating ideas for platform or process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian will be a plus.

Context The CREWS Djibouti project aims to strengthen the capacity of national authorities to produce, deliver, and disseminate multi-hazard early warning systems, and to improve preparedness and response to hydrometeorological hazards. In this context, WMO seeks technical support to accompany the National Meteorological Agency (ANM) in strengthening its forecasting and early warning services. The consultancy will specifically support: - Monitoring and evaluation of forecasting and early warning systems, including identification of technical and institutional gaps and formulation of actionable recommendations - Provision of strategic and technical guidance to improve operational forecasting capacities, data management, marine forecasting services, and impact-based forecasting approaches - Strengthening of institutional coordination, user-oriented service delivery, and long-term sustainability and ownership of early warning systems Given the complexity of the interventions and the need for continuous, high-level and context-aware technical support, the recruitment of a qualified consultant through an SSA is essential to ensure effective implementation, coherence, and sustainability of the project outcomes in line with CREWS objectives Fonctions et responsabilités Dans le cadre du projet CREWS Djibouti, le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) d’assurer le suivi, l’évaluation et l’accompagnement technique et stratégique de la mise en œuvre des activités visant à renforcer les services de prévision météorologique et les systèmes d’alerte précoce multi-aléas (MHEWS) de l’Agence Nationale de la Météorologie (ANM).
