• Engaging with the Dremio Sales Team and Prospects in preparing and presenting the Dremio product and technology while addressing any technical questions or concerns that come up during the sales cycle • Supporting the technical needs of customers and resolving technical issues, along with engaging them on any additional issues, problems, or opportunities regarding the Dremio product • Develop a deep understanding of the Dremio product and technology and work closely with Engineering, Sales and others to resolve critical technical issues • Traveling to clients and potential clients and serving as the key technical interface with customers • Understand the business drivers, challenges and objectives in various industries and domains • Design and architect end-to-end data solutions leveraging Dremio's capabilities, including data virtualization, data catalog, and query optimization. • Configure and optimize and run Dremio POC’s to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements for potential prospects. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations on leveraging Dremio effectively. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities for expanding the usage of Dremio within client organizations and drive adoption of new features and capabilities.

• Responsible for the overall architecture and design for the Microsoft application Azure suite. • Ability to act as a functional lead and able to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities. • Leads functional workshops with technical persons, document requirements and design appropriate solutions. • Act as a development lead and able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills such as Logic apps and Json. • Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practices. • Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed. • Work with business and internal teams on infrastructure architecture, and provide required technical support. • Write and review high level and detailed architecture documentation. • Create Solution, Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project. • Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 for business engagement. • Stay current on Dynamics 365 on the architecture and new features on the upcoming releases and related technologies, particularly Azure stack technologies that support the Dynamics solution. • Expected to be flexible with time and capable of working in a process-oriented environment. • Excellent communicator with the ability to operate within cross-functional teams. • Work with the team to deliver guidance on the architecture.

• Providing timely and efficient break-fix support to resolve system issues and minimise downtime in line with Service Level Agreements including out-of-hours. • Monitoring system performance, availability, and capacity, performing infrastructure and code optimisation to ensure efficiency and reliability. • Providing 3rd line support for the Azure customer identity and integration services and address escalated issues while coordinating with internal teams to maintain service uptime. • Implementing real-time monitoring tools for applications and under lying infrastructure. • Setting up proactive alerts and developing incident response procedures to identify, respond to, and resolve incidents efficiently. • Monitoring system health and providing timely feedback on performance and potential risks to service availability. • Conducting regular vulnerability assessments, enforce security policies, and ensure patching and system hardening measures are applied. • Adhering to corporate Information Security Policies, Azure Security Benchmark, and CIS controls. • Supporting development teams with technical guidance, ensuring robust and secure applications or services. • Collaborating on new projects and enhancements to ensure customer identity and integration requirements are met..
