As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO with content execution, administrative tasks, and operational workflow. This is not a full social media manager role, but strong skills in Canva, scheduling, communication, and consistency are essential. The Role We are hiring a Content-Focused Virtual Assistant to help implement weekly content, manage internal systems, support client communication, and keep the CEO organized and visible. This role is ideal for someone who is part-creative, part-organizer, and fully dependable. You will work closely with Erika (the CEO), follow a weekly content board, and ensure all content and backend operations stay on track. Key Responsibilities Content Execution — 40% - Format, polish, and schedule content across Instagram and Facebook - Create simple Canva graphics (stories, carousels, promotions, quotes) - Upload and organize brand assets in Canva - Prepare story sets, caption drafts, and photo/video assets - Assist with light video editing (reels, templates, clips) - Organize a weekly content folder for the CEO Social and Community Support — 20% - Draft responses for DMs and comments for CEO approval - Prepare weekly engagement content (questions, polls, interactive stories) - Track top-performing content - Maintain a visibility calendar for events, vendor markets, features, and promotions Operations and Administrative Support — 30% - Maintain the Asana task board - Update travel inquiries in TravelJoy - Follow up with potential clients or vendors using templated messaging - Prepare weekly KPI reports (followers, email subscribers, engagement trends) - Organize business files, links, and SOPs - Assist with updating Amazon lists and story slides Client Support — 10% - Send routine follow-up messages - Assist with client onboarding tasks (upload forms, link checks, etc.) - Collect and organize client information for trip planning - Prepare email drafts for weekly newsletters You’re a Strong Candidate If You Are: - Creative yet structured; enjoy both design and organization - Experienced in Canva and able to recreate consistent brand layouts - Comfortable with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Scheduler, Later, Metricool) - A strong communicator with the ability to follow tone and templates - Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable - Familiar with light video editing (IG Reels, story clips, CapCut, simple transitions) - Able to work independently and follow a weekly Asana board - Motivated to support a growing, founder-led luxury travel brand Tools and Platforms - Canva (required) - Meta Business Suite - Asana - Google Drive - Instagram publishing basics - Light video editing apps (CapCut preferred) - TravelJoy (bonus; training available) - MailerLite or Mailchimp (bonus)

Job Overview Performs quality control and editing of Medical Writing deliverables from internal and external authors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data, format, and style requirements.
