What You’ll Do - Identify and reach out to potential clients (founders, CEOs, HR leaders, agency owners). - Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs and position Foundr Hire’s services. - Close new contracts for recruiting or consulting engagements. - Maintain light CRM/lead tracking updates (we’ll provide templates & training). - Represent Foundr Hire with professionalism and enthusiasm. We’re expanding and looking for passionate, motivated recruiters to join our remote network on a commission-only basis. Role Overview As a Commission-Based Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for Foundr Hire clients. This role is ideal for self-driven professionals who enjoy recruiting, relationship-building, and the thrill of earning based on results. You’ll operate as an independent contractor, managing your own schedule while leveraging Foundr Hire’s tools, job boards, and branding support. What You’ll Do - Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. - Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles. - Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations. - Conduct initial screenings and submit qualified candidates to the Foundr Hire team. - Track candidate pipelines and maintain clear communication throughout the process. - Collaborate with leadership to close placements and ensure smooth client delivery. Compensation - 20% commission on every successful placement closed. - Commission payouts occur once the client’s payment is received and the candidate has remained onboard for 60 days. - No base salary. This is a commission-only contractor role. As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO with content execution, administrative tasks, and operational workflow. This is not a full social media manager role, but strong skills in Canva, scheduling, communication, and consistency are essential. The Role We are hiring a Content-Focused Virtual Assistant to help implement weekly content, manage internal systems, support client communication, and keep the CEO organized and visible.
