Ce que tu feras : Construire le Customer Intelligence System d’AssessFirst. 👉 Transformer une data fragmentée en un système fiable, actionnable et scalable 👉 Comprendre les comportements utilisateurs 👉 Anticiper churn, inactivité et opportunités d’expansion 👉 Activer les bonnes actions, au bon moment, à grande échelle Au croisement de la data, du produit et du business, tu construis un système capable, à terme, de décider et agir de manière autonome. Ton impact est direct : activation, rétention, expansion. Comment tu vas le faire? 1. Structurer la data - Garantir la fiabilité et la cohérence des données clients - Aligner les données entre DB, Mixpanel, HubSpot… et définir une stratégie de tracking claire - Construire une “source of truth” fiable - Rendre la data accessible à tous 2. Comprendre nos utilisateurs - Analyser les parcours, les funnels, la rétention - Identifier les signaux clés (engagement, churn, upsell) - Construire des segmentations actionnables - Créer des dashboards utiles 3. Construire des systèmes automatisés - Mettre en place des automatisations basées sur le comportement - Orchestrer des scénarios lifecycle (activation, re-engagement, expansion) - Garantir la pertinence et le bon timing des actions - Construire des systèmes adaptatifs 4. Poser les bases du prédictif - Définir des modèles de scoring (churn, engagement, expansion) - Identifier les signaux clés - Collaborer avec la Data Science - Construire une logique de “next best action” 5. Tester, apprendre, améliorer - Lancer des A/B tests - Mesurer l’impact business - Itérer en continu - Prioriser ce qui a le plus d’impact 6. Designer un système scalable - Connecter data, analyse, décision et activation - Assurer les intégrations (DB, CRM, APIs…) - Construire une architecture robuste - Améliorer en continu les process 7. Accélérer avec l’IA - Utiliser l’IA pour personnaliser et automatiser - Optimiser les communications - Construire des approches AI-driven - Aller vers un système de plus en plus autonome Ta future équipe Tu rejoins l'équipe d'Emeric. Tu es au cœur des interactions entre les équipes et travailles en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Tech, Science, Product, Sales et Customer Success. Ton profil Tu as entre 3 et 6+ ans d’expérience en Data, Growth ou Lifecycle, avec une solide expérience en analyse de data produit et dans la mise en place de systèmes automatisés à impact. Tu maîtrises les fondamentaux techniques : SQL, outils d’analytics (type Mixpanel), CRM (HubSpot), APIs, et tu es à l’aise avec les modèles de données et les outils d’IA. 🇬🇧 Niveau d'anglais professionnel car notre équipe est internationale. 👉 Ce qui te caractérise, tu es : - orienté(e) système (data → décision → action) - focalisé(e) sur l’impact business - builder (tu fais, tu construis) - capable d’arbitrer entre court et long terme - autonome et responsable Qu'est ce que tu obtiendras ?
