Accounting Support Specialist, Data Entry

• Enter, verify, and maintain financial data accurately across QuickBooks, Excel, and ServiceSync • Input and process invoices for national clients with a high degree of accuracy • Record and reconcile payment data, ensuring all entries are correctly allocated • Enter and track month-end data for multiple franchise locations • Log and process vendor invoices, verifying data against source documents before entry • Maintain organized, up-to-date records and spreadsheets to support the accounting team • Prepare monthly vendor statement data for management review • Assist with data entry tasks related to customer collections as directed • Identify and flag data discrepancies for review and resolution • Support franchise partners with data entry questions

Job Requirements

  • Proven data entry experience with a strong focus on speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — comfortable building and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting/bookkeeping software
  • Ability to learn proprietary software quickly (ServiceSync training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail — you catch errors before they become problems
  • Organized and self-directed; able to manage repetitive tasks without losing focus
  • Clear communicator with a professional, team-first attitude
  • High ethical standards — you handle sensitive financial data with discretion

Role Description Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Business Data Partner Manager - Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US. The Business Data Partner Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for ensuring the organization can reliably capture high-quality commercial data needed to run and grow the business - covering (but not limited to) pricing, contracts, commercial activities, and marketing execution. - Lead a team of three and serve as the primary business partner for intake, requirements definition, prioritization, and functional oversight & co-design of solutions delivered by IT, with a focus on Salesforce.com. - Work cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Price & Contract, and IT to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable roadmaps. - Provide end-to-end functional leadership across the solution lifecycle—requirements, design alignment, testing/UAT, release readiness, change management, and adoption. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field required. Master’s degree a plus. - 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations enablement, business analysis, product ownership, or enterprise systems supporting commercial data. - 2+ years of people management experience (or equivalent leadership experience), with demonstrated ability to lead and develop others. - Demonstrated success translating business needs into functional requirements and partnering with IT to deliver solutions.
