What You’ll Do - Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers. - Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments. - Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Estimating development efforts. - Participating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer. - Organizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria. - Coordinating the development teams including QA and designers. - Testing the system before the releases. - Taking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them - Helping with onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMs.

Role Description As a Technology Project Manager, you will lead projects and programs from initiation to successful release. You will work with Technical Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineering, and key business stakeholders and leaders to: - Create an execution plan - Actively manage a project timeline - Achieve key milestones - Define and report on project KPIs - Support release to production Your role is critical to the timely rollout of releases to production and to ensure the project execution process operates smoothly. The Technology Project Manager works under the guidance of the Technical Program Management Office (PMO) and collaborates closely with: - Business Partners - Technical Product Management - Data Science - Engineering - Operations You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. • Acts as key interface with the local Convergint Specialist and Project management to ensure job is executed as required • Acts as key interface with the customer and maximizes customer satisfaction • Ensures projects are effectively executed to budgeted cost and time schedules, specifically responsible for documenting all change orders for jobs to ensure all local hours are captured as well as Integrated Project Management team costs • Identifies potential project risks and assists to develop/implement strategies to minimize impact • Develop and implement strategies for controlling deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
