The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management. Individual will be responsible for selling dairy flavors, processed cheese and custom cheese sauce to food manufacturers. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for food flavorings, specialty ingredients, and complete formula solutions from the ADM Nutrition portfolio to customers. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, opening new markets, managing key accounts, processing pricing requests and developing long-term relationships.
