About the Role We’re looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of design projects — from logos and brand identities to digital assets and print materials. You’ll collaborate with account managers and other designers to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals that help Practical DevSecOps and our clients stand out in the security education space. What You’ll Do - Design brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and visual systems. - Create marketing and digital materials such as social media graphics, web banners, and ads. - Develop print designs for brochures, packaging, and merchandise. - Maintain consistency across all design projects and client touchpoints. - Work collaboratively with project managers and other team members to deliver on deadlines. - Adapt designs for various formats and platforms while keeping brand guidelines intact. - Participate in client feedback cycles and apply revisions thoughtfully. What We’re Looking For - 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design. - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. - Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. - Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or presentation design.
