The Account Executive is responsible for driving growth, retention, and long‑term value within Syspro’s key customer accounts by expanding Share of Wallet and strengthening strategic relationships. The role serves as the primary commercial and relationship owner for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who understands customer business objectives and aligns Syspro solutions, services, and partners to meet those needs. It ensures consistent delivery against commitments, proactive account planning, and profitable account performance. Ultimately, the role contributes to sustained customer loyalty, increased revenue, and long‑term customer longevity. - Bachelor's Degree - 8+ years of in-depth experience within the manufacturing and/or distribution industry - Proven account management or other relevant experience - ERP industry experience - Target Market Industry Experience - Strong and broad cross-functional business process knowledge - Strong account‑management and relationship‑building capability. - Proven ability to grow revenue and increase share of wallet within existing customers. - Solid commercial and financial understanding at account level. - Own and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts by acting as the primary point of engagement and trusted commercial advisor for each customer. - Build, maintain, and deepen long‑term relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors through regular engagement, structured account planning, and proactive value‑based discussions. - Identify, develop, and execute opportunities to increase Share of Wallet within existing accounts by positioning relevant Syspro solutions, services, and end‑to‑end offerings aligned to customer business needs. - Drive account growth strategies through targeted campaigns, initiatives, and solution proposals that address both immediate customer requirements and long‑term business objectives. - Ensure delivery against customer expectations by coordinating internal Syspro teams, partners, and service providers to meet agreed commitments, timelines, and quality standards. - Act as a liaison between customers, Syspro internal departments, regional offices, and partners, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and fulfilled. - Promote and manage partner engagement within accounts by leveraging a strong understanding of the Syspro Partner Program to deliver integrated customer solutions where appropriate. - Monitor and manage Profit and Loss (P&L) performance for each key account, ensuring financial targets related to growth, retention, and profitability are achieved or exceeded. - Track, analyse, and manage customer satisfaction levels, proactively addressing risks, issues, or service gaps that could negatively impact customer experience or retention. - Maintain a disciplined approach to account governance by tracking customer requirements, commitments, commercial agreements, and service delivery performance. - Prepare and present accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for assigned accounts, including Share of Wallet growth, revenue performance, risks, and opportunities. - Produce regular account performance reports and insights to support internal decision‑making, pipeline management, and strategic planning. - Support pre‑sales and sales engagements by acting as a product and solution advisor, contributing industry insight, account knowledge, and customer context to solution design. - Continuously assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer environments to identify new opportunities and anticipate changes affecting account strategy. - Ensure all account management activities align with Syspro governance requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies. - Represent Syspro professionally and consistently as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions, reinforcing trust, credibility, and long‑term partnership value. - 13 paid company holidays in 2026 - 20 vacation days - 6 wellness days - 401k from day one of hire - Health/Dental/Vision Insurance the first of the month after hire - Life insurance - Bonus/ commission - Maternity and Paternity Leave

About the Role The Northern California Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives and focuses on growing wallet share within our largest enterprise accounts, as well as helping NinjaOne gain traction with net new enterprise accounts.
