MAKE AN IMPACT - Location: Pune /Hyderabad / Bengaluru /Gurgaon / Chennai / Mumbai Experience: 8 - 20 Years Please see JD below: Job Description – Lead Project Manager - Digital Transformation - 8+ years of experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact programmes—preferably focused on customer journeys in mobile banking. - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. - Drive customer journey initiatives within the mobile banking space, with experience in Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), Security/Authentication (experience in at least 1–2 areas required). - Facilitate senior stakeholder engagement, including MD-level discussions, with the ability to present complex issues in a clear, concise manner. - Proactively identify risks and blockers, escalating where necessary to maintain momentum. - Manage multiple capabilities within the SVS portfolio, ensuring a strong sense of accountability for delivery. - Operate effectively within Agile frameworks (Scrum essential, SAFe preferred). - Balance strategic oversight with detailed execution, adapting quickly to changing priorities. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate at senior levels. - Resilience and agility in navigating challenging situations, with a proven ability to bounce back quickly. - Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, willing to stretch to meet delivery commitments. - Ability to rapidly scale into the role without extensive ramp-up time

Maintains a safe and controlled atmosphere to ensure a high quality program that meets county standards. Performs other duties as assigned. - Shift Hours and/or days worked: Various - Hours Required for this position: Up to 30/week ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Performs daily course set up/break down, visual course inspections, participant safety orientations, and on-going participant and environmental observations. Starts and ends programs on time and returns all resources to their proper locations. - Evacuates/rescues guests in distress from the aerial adventure course following standardized safety protocols as needed. - Performs basic clean-up for all areas of Treetop Quest aerial adventure course facility including birthday party and observation spaces. - Interacts spontaneously with participants, guests and the general public at any given time at the park to model a personal and inviting atmosphere. - Establishes and maintains effective working relationship with employees, partnering organizations, participants, guests, and the general public. The Product Implementation Specialist also provides ongoing client support, addresses complex issues with sound judgment, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Success in this role is measured by building strong client partnerships, driving confident adoption of our solutions, and ensuring sustained satisfaction through high CSAT scores and operational excellence. - Deliver onsite, classroom, and remote training on HST Pathways software products, using established tools and methodologies. - Lead training sessions for facility administrators, office managers, clinical staff, and physicians, focusing on daily use, administrative functions, and role-specific responsibilities within each application. - Create and maintain documentation and educational materials in partnership with the Learning and Development Team. - Contribute to curriculum design and training content for product upgrades and new releases. - Stay current with training best practices and adult learning methods to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. - Research third-party vendor integrations to provide operational expertise and ensure seamless interaction with HST Pathways applications. - Develop and update operational documentation, internal Knowledge Base content, and application Help Files to support staff and client learning. - Collaborate with internal departments to identify content gaps and implement process improvements in client education and implementation. - Partner with the implementation leadership team to support achievement of organizational OKRs and KPIs. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine whether they are application-related, escalating to the appropriate vendor when necessary. - Represent HST Pathways’ mission and values in all client and partner interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process. - Travel is up to 50% as required to deliver training and client support.
