Role Description We are looking to recruit a Senior Engineering Manager who will manage up to two squads. - Enjoy delivering features that impact the company's KPIs. - Have solid experience delivering high-quality features. - Have at least 5 years of experience managing a technical team. - Enjoy supporting and coaching individual contributors, providing regular feedback to help them grow in line with company-wide objectives. - Feel comfortable working with various stakeholders across the company. - Be a clear and effective communicator with teammates.
